I have found many tools and have learned many things in life that have helped me to heal, and to sustain and support me on my journey. My wish is to share what I have learned and the tools I’ve used so that you too might find something that will help you in your journey.
I have items to post on Created By Caela Quality Crochet, and it is taking me longer than I had hoped it would to get “in the grove.” I’m still working on it.

“A Spa for the Soul.” Murth
We all make a differnce! This senior dog is blind and got lost. That is a chain being dragged and catching on things. This beautiful helper is an animal control officer. It was all of 20 minutes of the officers time. It was wonderful to know that the lost animal made it home. . . . It made a difference!
One day, a man walking along the sea shore came upon a young man reaching down to the shore, picking up small objects, and throwing them into the ocean.
He asked the young man “What it is that you are doing?"
The young man paused, looked up, and replied "Throwing starfish into the ocean."
"I must ask, then, why are you throwing starfish into the ocean?" asked the somewhat startled man.
To this, the young man replied, "The sun is up and the tide is going out. If I don't throw them in, they'll die."
Upon hearing this, the man commented, "But, young man, do you not realize that there are miles and miles of beach and there are starfish all along every mile? You can't possibly make a difference!"
At this, the young man bent down, picked up yet another starfish, and threw it into the ocean. As it met the water, he said, "I made a difference to that one!"
