About Caela

Tools for life are abundant and varied. On my journey, I have found many tools and have learned many things that have helped me to heal, and have sustained and supported me. I am still exploring, learning, and practicing.

My wish is to share what tools I have used and help you in your journey. Are you ready to go on an adventure with me?

Caela is short for Caelaliiana. Want to take a stab at pronouncing that? . . . Kay-ale-ah-lee-ee-ah-nah, easy, right?

I have been asked why I have taken on such an extraordinary name for myself in this work. It has to do with the transformation and growth that has been taking place in my life and continues every single day. Caelaliiana has been a very important part of this transformation.

Caelaliiana was originally a character I created for a pencil and paper D&D roll-playing game. I have learned a great deal from her about who I am, my real self. The roll-playing group gave me a safe place to explore, through her, who I am. For this, I am grateful to my RPing family. 

Caelaliiana is a skilled archer, an Elvish Ranger for those who know what I am talking about. She is beautiful from the inside out,  can spot a problem quickly and accurately, often knows how to correct that problem (not always combative solutions) although she is very good in combat, she stays pretty much in the background and is sometimes the deciding factor in if the adventuring group survives or not. In some ways, she is what I aspire to be. 

In my journey, I have come to call my higher self or guide Caelaliiana. I can step into that roll when working with people as a guide and healer of their soul energy which can translate into their physical selves finding relief as well.
